Associate Director, Compliance Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Global Compliance Platform (C3).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and governance for the global compliance platform, ensuring alignment with compliance program requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of compliance workflows within the platform
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform capabilities meet operational needs and enhance usability

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 3 years, Master's degree & 5 years, Bachelor's degree & 7 years, Associate degree & 12 years, or High school diploma/GED & 14 years of experience in compliance, technology, or business processes
• Experience as a business product owner or capability lead for enterprise platforms
• Experience managing compliance systems or governance platforms
• Strong understanding of compliance program operations in regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
