Associate Director, Credit Risk Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Credit Risk Operations (Card).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead card credit risk operations, including underwriting, limit setting, and portfolio health tracking
• Manage and develop a team of credit risk analysts and underwriters
• Implement monitoring frameworks and collaborate with various teams on collections and recovery processes

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in credit risk and/or credit operations for card products
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end credit processes including underwriting and monitoring
• Strong understanding of card ecosystems and related performance monitoring requirements
• Data-driven approach with experience in using analytical tools to assess portfolio performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a numerate or analytical discipline preferred
