Associate Director Customer Insights Analytics
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Engagement, Insights & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Customer Analytics point person to Area VP subsequent Area General Managers
- Manage customer analytics ad hoc projects workflow for assigned Area and collaborate with other customer analysts
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends to provide actionable insights to guide field teams
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
- Significant work experience in the healthcare environment
- Familiarity with commercial data sources used in the healthcare industry
- Programming/Coding proficiency in SQL
- Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of Tableau
