Associate Director Data Center Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading pre-lease technical due diligence for a confidential hyperscale data center client, the full-time Associate Director Data Center Program Manager will manage site assessments, cost and schedule reviews, and risk management while collaborating with internal specialists and external consultants, with the possibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical diligence on candidate sites, assessing power, land, utilities, and environmental constraints
• Direct reviews of developer budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate analysis and identifying critical path risks
• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the deal cycle, summarizing findings and supporting negotiations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data center development or similar fields
• Experience in site due diligence, pre-lease investigation, or land development
• Strong understanding of data center construction processes, including power and cooling systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and make informed decisions with incomplete information
• Technologically proficient, including MS Suite and Google Workspace, with the ability to create tracking tools
