Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Electronic Data Capture Engineer Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of EDC Developers and oversee the delivery of systems and documentation for clinical trials
• Manage staffing, performance, and ensure compliance with EDC standards and processes
• Oversee EDC design, build strategy, and ensure quality and timely delivery of EDC studies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Minimum of 15+ years' experience in Data Management, Programming, or Clinical Research
• At least 12+ years' experience in programming clinical trials in EDC systems
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Clinical Data design
• Experience leading cross-functional decision-making and managing complex clinical trials
