Associate Director, Field Operations

Job Summary

Driving the effectiveness of customer-facing field teams, the full-time Associate Director, Field Operations will manage initiatives related to field reporting, performance management, and operational cadence while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and advance field force effectiveness priorities
• Translate brand and medical strategy into actionable field execution frameworks
• Monitor performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve field productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or equivalent)
• 7-8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Experience in field force effectiveness, sales/medical operations, or analytics
• Demonstrated success in a highly cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data visualization tools
