Associate Director, Field Reimbursement

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement to enhance patient access to treatment options for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored, field-based education on reimbursement processes to healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic, patient-centric plans to ensure access and support for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations to impact patient access to therapy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reimbursement roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech space
• Experience in rare disease and understanding of complex provider reimbursement processes required
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Strong understanding of the evolving patient access landscape, including payer and PBM interdependencies
