Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Foundations & Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop high-impact foundation partnerships
• Design and execute outreach and stewardship strategies for U.S.-based foundations
• Identify and cultivate new foundation prospects to align with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of frontline fundraising experience, particularly with U.S.-based foundations
• Proven track record of securing significant grants from private institutional donors
• Experience managing a foundation prospect pipeline and balancing new business development
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage staff effectively
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
