Associate Director Fund Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Fund Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fund level projections and investor due diligence workflow through closing
• Perform quarterly updates to property and fund level projections, ensuring accuracy in capital accounts and investor IRR
• Oversee compliance with fund operating agreements and coordinate fund audits, tax returns, and investor reporting

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation; CPA designation preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• LIHTC experience highly desirable
