Associate Director, HCP Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, R&D HCP Engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design and implement a unified, compliant service model for HCP engagement and contracting
• Oversee the performance and development of the Manager, HCP Engagement Lead, ensuring adherence to process standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements for HCP interactions and establish a governance structure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance, Law, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or healthcare industry, with a focus on Medical Affairs or HCP contracting
• Deep understanding of HCP engagement processes and compliance frameworks
• Experience in developing frameworks or processes in a global organization
• Contract Development and Management experience required
