Associate Director, HCP Marketing

Job Summary

To support the Rexulti Brand Marketing team, the full-time Associate Director, HCP Marketing will focus on healthcare provider marketing in the AAD space, managing HCP promotional tactics and collaborating cross-functionally while gaining strategic brand planning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the agency of record to develop and execute HCP marketing tactics
• Support the execution of the 2026-2027 brand strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Coordinate key touchpoints with marketing and sales leadership to gather insights and drive alignment

Required Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and key business processes
• Experience in commercial roles or supporting commercial teams
• Strong learning agility with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders
• Effective budget management and understanding of internal processes
