Job Summary
To support the Medical Affairs organization, the full-time Associate Director, Health Economics will lead the development and execution of health economics and real-world evidence strategies for hematologic oncology, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HEOR and real-world evidence data generation for hematologic oncology assets
- Design and oversee observational studies and other RWE initiatives relevant to hematologic oncology populations
- Oversee the development of health economic analyses to contextualize clinical benefits in hematologic oncology
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degrees (PhD, DrPH, ScD, MD, PharmD) in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields
- 4-6+ years of experience in HEOR, outcomes research, or RWE within pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments
- Experience executing site-based non-interventional studies and health economic modeling
- Ability to translate complex data into clinically relevant insights for scientific audiences
- Experience with scientific publications and cross-functional collaboration
