Associate Director, Healthcare Sales
Job Summary
Driving new revenue opportunities, the full-time salaried Associate Director, Healthcare Sales will lead sales efforts for Lakebase, a fully-managed Postgres service, partnering with regional Account Executives to modernize healthcare and life sciences operational data foundations while working remotely or onsite across various U.S. locations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory
- Lead sales cycles by engaging key stakeholders and articulating the value of Lakebase for operational workloads
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape territory plans and enable the sales team with best practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in complex deals
- Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures and their role in AI and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead specialist sales motions and engage C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
