Associate Director, HEOR

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Global Value Plan for a mid-size Oncology brand
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure HEOR strategies support global access and reimbursement
• Manage complex HEOR projects, including studies and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HEOR experience in pharma/biotech or consulting
• Therapeutic expertise in Hematologic Oncology or Solid Tumor Oncology
• Experience leading HTA submissions or serving as Global/US HEOR lead
• Master's degree required; advanced degree in Health Economics preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design and outcomes research
