Associate Director, HEOR/RWE

Job Summary

To support the execution of HEOR plans for gastrointestinal cancer therapies, the remote Associate Director, HEOR/RWE will generate and communicate evidence that demonstrates the value of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP).

Key responsibilities

• Execute the product HEOR/RWE strategy to align with medical strategy and IEP
• Deliver HEOR/RWE tactics with quality and within agreed timelines
• Provide HEOR evidence addressing the needs of stakeholders such as patients, healthcare providers, and payers

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
• Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
• Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics
• Knowledge of managed care, integrated delivery networks, and payment/access models
