Associate Director, HEOR Strategy

Job Summary

Providing strategic consultation and scientific leadership, the full-time Associate Director, HEOR Strategy will develop evidence-based solutions and foster client relationships while working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based solutions to support value and access strategies for pharmaceutical products
• Foster client relationships and collaborate on HEOR strategy materials and scientific advice submissions
• Provide consultation and resources to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in health economic outcomes research or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced understanding of HEOR strategy and HTA requirements
• Master's or PhD degree in health economics, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline
• Proven research skills with a strong publication record
• Client-facing experience with excellent project management skills
