Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director for Immigrant Defense Organizing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with immigrant rights organizations and coordinate support for local Indivisible groups
  • Design and deliver trainings and resources for Indivisible groups, providing ongoing briefings and direct support
  • Serve as the internal hub for program management and coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure coherent support


Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of relevant experience in organizing, campaigns, advocacy, or movement work, preferably in immigration rights
  • Existing relationships in the immigrant rights ecosystem, especially in rapid response and ICE oversight
  • Strong partnership and coalition management skills with sound political judgment
  • Effective presentation skills and experience in designing and delivering trainings
  • Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
