Associate Director IT Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Platform Engineering in IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coach employees while addressing organizational needs and gaps
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis to enhance system reliability
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience in IT operations
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Proven track record of creating scalable, resilient, and dependable systems
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries
