Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead customer retention strategy to increase order frequency and lifetime value
• Manage promotions budget to drive incremental orders and reactivations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute scalable campaigns and programs

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing channels with 3 years in people management
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io
• Highly analytical with advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with analytics platforms
• Ability to leverage data-driven approach to drive measurable results
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS & SQL preferred
