Associate Director, Market Access Analytics

Job Summary

Driving impactful business analytics and insights, the full-time Associate Director, Market Access Analytics will lead analytics efforts to inform market access strategies and policy analysis in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of analytics to support market access strategies and provide actionable recommendations
• Identify payer opportunities and threats through deep dive analytics and scenario modeling
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MBA or related business/science) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive hands-on analytical/insights experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access with a strong understanding of healthcare policy stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of distilling complex information into concise messages
