Associate Director, Market Access Analytics

Job Summary

Driving impactful business analytics and insights, the full-time remote Associate Director, Market Access Analytics will lead the planning and execution of analytics to inform market access strategies, identify payer opportunities, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of analytics to support market access strategies and policy analysis with actionable recommendations
• Identify payer opportunities and threats through deep dive analytics, including claims analysis and scenario modeling
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership, translating emerging trends into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MBA or related) preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on analytical/insights experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access with a strong understanding of healthcare policy stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments
