Job Summary

Driving impactful business analytics and insights, the full-time remote Associate Director, Market Access Analytics will lead the execution of analytics to inform market access strategies and policy analysis, while fostering collaboration across various teams to enhance AbbVie's market access policies and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of analytics to inform market access strategies and provide actionable recommendations
• Identify payer opportunities and threats through in-depth analytics, including claims analysis and scenario modeling
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership, translating emerging trends into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MBA or related) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive analytical experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical market access with a deep understanding of healthcare policy stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex information
