Associate Director Market Access Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Value & Access Strategy Skeletal Conditions (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the US Market Access HCH Launch workplan, ensuring milestone accountability across all workstreams
• Support the development of the Pre-Approval Payer Value Deck and manage the MMRC/PRB submission process
• Oversee operational alignment across various teams to ensure seamless access for providers and patients upon product launch

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in US Biotech/Pharma with expertise in Market Access, Payer Marketing, and Pricing Strategy
• Proven ability to manage access strategies for multiple indications or products simultaneously
• Direct experience with pre-approval deliverables and Day-1 readiness
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, particularly in collaboration with medical, legal, and regulatory teams
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies effectively
