Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Marketing Analytics - OAB.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance marketing offerings by developing integrated insights from data to shape commercial strategy
- Create and execute annual market research and analytics plans in alignment with brand strategy
- Conduct advanced analytics to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's)
- Previous marketing, marketing science, or omnichannel experience preferred
- Experience with commercial/brand analytics and statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and patient/HCP insights
- Experience in developing analyses with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, SQL)
