Associate Director, MarTech

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Associate Director, MarTech will develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions, implement automation processes, and provide ongoing technical support to clients while acting as a liaison between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs, implementing best practices in project management
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities
• Provide comprehensive quality assurance for all configurations and deliver training on Workfront solutions to clients

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Workfront design and system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs
• Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent
• Proven ability to develop and implement automation for workflow optimization
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving configuration issues
