Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance processes for scientific evidence generation and dissemination
• Coordinate with diverse teams to manage timelines and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives across Scientific Affairs and Medical Affairs

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 7 years of experience improving business processes using innovative technologies
• A minimum of 7 years of experience developing project plans and leading projects from inception to implementation
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines
