Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Microsoft Alliances, who will manage complex, multi-million dollar deals remotely, leveraging expertise in Microsoft's partner ecosystem to drive negotiations and create compelling proposals for Core and Strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deal process, from qualification to closure, for multi-tower managed services engagements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop winning propositions and support bid submissions
- Drive contract negotiations and ensure optimal technology and commercial outcomes for clients
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in complex customer negotiations
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft alliance and experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics solutions
- Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
