Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of tribal clients, the full-time Associate Director - Native American Finance will oversee the origination, monitoring, and renewal of complex financing solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Originate, analyze, structure, and execute commercial loan transactions in compliance with credit and regulatory requirements
  • Deepen and retain customer relationships by evaluating and mitigating business risks and opportunities
  • Manage credit quality and portfolio risks while collaborating with internal partners for effective portfolio administration
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 or more years of Commercial or Corporate Banking Portfolio Management experience, including underwriting
  • Experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex commercial loan transactions
  • Knowledge of Native American Financial Services, Government, Commercial Gaming, Healthcare, and/or General Non-Profit lending
  • Legal documentation experience
