Job Summary
To support a growing network pricing team, the full-time Associate Director Network Pricing will lead financial analysis and modeling related to prescription drug pricing while collaborating with clients and internal departments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new health plan pricing offerings in collaboration with clients and finance leadership
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to manage client and pharmacy financial performance
- Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive actionable decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in financial modeling tools and data interpretation
- 2+ years of management experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial impact analysis and data manipulation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
