Job Summary

Associate Director of Academic Affairs oversees the full lifecycle of endowed positions in a full-time, salaried role, ensuring financial management, operational efficiency, and alignment with institutional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Faculty Endowed Positions Program, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities
• Oversee stewardship and financial coordination of the endowed positions portfolio, ensuring compliance and responsible management
• Lead the implementation of a modernized framework for awarding endowed positions and coordinate a three-year review framework for position holders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in academic affairs or institutional administration; four years with a Master's degree
• Experience in academic affairs operations, financial stewardship, and governance processes
• Proven program leadership and project management experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an academic healthcare environment
