Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Academic Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery operations and ensure alignment with university partner expectations
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Program Delivery Managers and Program Delivery Managers
• Design and implement data-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program delivery or online learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering for executive-level audiences
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Fluency with data to drive decisions and improve performance across a portfolio
