Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Office of Accessibility Services and manage accommodation processes
• Serve as the primary resource for faculty regarding accommodation implementation and collaborate with various departments
• Ensure compliance with disability laws and manage relationships with external vendors for assistive technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as rehabilitation counseling, special education, or psychology
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and best practices in postsecondary accessibility
• Experience with accommodation determination and case management
• Strong organizational skills
