Associate Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Accounting, to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global Financial Accounting team, ensuring compliance with international and local accounting standards
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting and full reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Lead the Group audit and maintain relationships with local third-party accountants for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least 12 years of industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising or managing a Finance team
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving organization
