Associate Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to managers and staff within the General Accounting department
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to improve systems and streamline processes
• Assist with implementing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation and provide ongoing training for staff development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with financial software including Hyperion, Banner ERP, and UiPath
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple priorities
