Job Summary
Driving measurable growth, the full-time Associate Director of Accounts will manage a portfolio of clients within the U.S. Fresh, Pantry & Naturals vertical, focusing on client engagement, opportunity identification, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and deepen client relationships with key decision makers to expand solution adoption
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and opportunity identification
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, compelling solutions that lead to client action and measurable value
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, account management, or market research/analytics
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing profitable growth
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with syndicated POS data and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
