Associate Director of Actuarial Services

Job Summary

Leading actuarial efforts in a remote capacity, the full-time Associate Director of Actuarial Services will manage data analysis, Excel modeling, and actuarial analytics to support the Medicare Advantage bid process while coordinating special projects across functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare Medicare Advantage bids submitted to CMS annually
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for Medicare Advantage submissions
• Develop pricing methodologies and assumptions based on healthcare trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation
• 5+ years of actuarial work experience
• Experience working with Medicare Advantage
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
