Job Summary
Associate Director of Advancement Communications is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive advancement communications and direct marketing program across a multi-campus university system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel advancement communications and direct marketing strategies
- Manage the creation and distribution of print and digital communications, ensuring brand consistency
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
- Eight to ten years of experience in direct marketing, advancement communications, or fundraising
- Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience in higher education advancement or nonprofit fundraising is preferred
