Associate Director of Advising

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Advising.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Student Advising teams and lead a team of advisors and counselors
• Develop and implement training programs and individualized development plans for team members
• Analyze team data and metrics to facilitate change and improve student retention and experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in student services, advising, or customer support
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments preferred
• Knowledge of financial aid processes and higher education policies
