Job Summary
To strengthen advocacy at national, regional, and global levels, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Advocacy Research will lead policy research and evidence initiatives, oversee strategic partnerships, and coordinate advocacy strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the organization's policy research agenda, ensuring high-quality feminist analysis that informs advocacy goals
- Supervise advocacy officers and manage project implementation to ensure effective delivery of advocacy priorities
- Support donor engagement and resource management, contributing to proposals and overseeing advocacy-related budgets
Required qualifications
- A Master's degree in public health or public policy with at least 7 years of experience in public policy analysis
- Demonstrated diplomatic experience and knowledge of multilateral spaces, including the United Nations
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish is desirable
- Strong skills in policy analysis and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to a general audience
- Commitment to women's and LGBTQI+ rights, social justice, and anti-racism initiatives
