Associate Director of Affiliate Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Affiliate Marketing to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise client accounts and provide proactive communication and support
• Execute reporting, recruit and onboard new partners, and identify paid placement campaign opportunities
• Develop affiliate strategies, assess competitive landscapes, and refine training processes for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within an agency/client environment
• Extensive experience in developing and optimizing Affiliate Marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, and Rakuten
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data insights
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
