Associate Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Performance Suite Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of analytical capabilities related to performance evaluation with capitated risk partnerships
• Act as a thought partner to Client & Product teams, providing strategic insights and analytical support
• Design and implement scalable analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency across teams and partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
• 2+ years in a lead/management role overseeing multiple team members
• 5+ years of SQL and/or SAS programming experience with large healthcare datasets
