Associate Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Journey Analytics - (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop analytics project teams, guiding the vision for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop measurement strategies
• Identify gaps in the customer experience, providing insights to improve user experience and ROI

Required Qualifications

• College degree and at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, or media
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading projects
• Deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, with experience in installations and configurations
• Experience in building measurement plans, analytics documentation, and custom dashboards
• Familiarity with Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer preferred
