Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - AR & Denial Prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all AR follow-up functions across various categories including Commercial, Medicare, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Self-pay
  • Establish and monitor KPI dashboards to track AR performance metrics
  • Oversee denial management team, implement root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize AR strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience
  • 3+ years managing AR in a high-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong experience in pain management, workers' compensation, or procedural-based specialties
  • Demonstrated success in leading billing insourcing or large-scale RCM transformations
