Associate Director of Art Direction

Job Summary

Leading the visual evolution of key accounts, the full-time Associate Director of Art Direction will manage art direction for flagship projects, mentor a team of designers, and ensure cohesive aesthetics across multi-channel campaigns in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee art direction for pitches and flagship projects, ensuring world-class design standards
• Guide and mentor junior to mid-level Art Directors and Designers, providing craft-based feedback
• Lead the visual narrative across multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or design within a creative agency or high-growth brand
• Mastery of art direction, layout, typography, and integrated visual storytelling
• Experience leading small teams or overseeing freelancers and junior creatives
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including motion design
• Ability to articulate complex visual concepts to non-visual stakeholders and clients
