Associate Director of Artwork Management

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end product artwork capability, the remote Associate Director of Artwork Management will define global strategies, establish governance frameworks, and oversee the delivery of compliant printed packaging components across BioMarin's product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global printed-labelling strategy aligned with company growth and product launches
• Establish and maintain artwork governance frameworks to ensure compliance and inspection readiness across all markets
• Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate timely artwork planning and readiness for new product introductions and global launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10-12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech operations, focusing on artwork/labelling and product launch
• Proven experience in leading global, cross-functional programs and transforming operating models
• Strong command of regulatory frameworks (GMP, ICH, FDA, EMA) and labelling processes
• Experience with labelling/artwork systems such as GLAMS or Veeva Vault
