Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Billing Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee charge entry and payment posting operations across all service lines
• Establish and monitor production benchmarks and implement charge reconciliation controls
• Collaborate with Finance for monthly AR balancing and cash reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience with direct oversight of production-based teams
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing managers and supervisors
• Strong experience in pain management, workers comp, or procedural-based specialties
• Demonstrated success in billing insourcing or large-scale RCM transformations
