Associate Director of Bioanalysis

Job Summary

Providing strategic and scientific oversight for outsourced bioanalytical activities, the full-time Associate Director of Bioanalysis will manage external laboratory partnerships and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and scientific direction for bioanalytical activities supporting clinical development programs
• Oversee method development, validation, and troubleshooting for bioanalytical assays
• Collaborate with external CROs to ensure timely and compliant delivery of bioanalytical data

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years or M.S./B.S. with 8+ years of relevant industry experience in regulated bioanalysis
• Expertise in pharmacokinetic and biomarker assays, including mass spectrometry and ligand-binding assays
• Strong understanding of global bioanalytical regulatory guidance and industry standards
• Experience managing CROs and external partnerships effectively
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex programs
