Associate Director of Biostatistics
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy in clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the statistical design and analysis of clinical studies
- Serve as the biostatistics representative on cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with study objectives
- Manage CROs and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and accuracy of statistical deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biostatistics with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's with 8+ years
- Strong foundation in clinical trial design and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in statistical programming (SAS and R)
- Experience with early-stage and late-phase clinical trials in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in publication work and/or analysis of real-world data preferred
