Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy in clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the statistical design and analysis of clinical studies
• Serve as the biostatistics representative on cross-functional teams
• Manage CROs and mentor junior staff or contractors

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics with 6+ years of industry experience, or Master's with 8+ years
• Strong foundation in clinical trial design and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in statistical programming (SAS and R)
• Experience with early-stage and late-phase clinical trials in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Immunology or related therapeutic area experience is a plus
