Associate Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy in clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the statistical design and analysis of clinical studies
• Apply advanced statistical methods and data visualization to clinical trial data
• Manage CROs and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and accuracy of statistical deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's with 8+ years
• Strong foundation in clinical trial design, statistical analysis, and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in statistical programming (SAS and R)
• Experience with early-stage and late-phase clinical trials in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Immunology or related therapeutic area experience is a plus
